We are going to keep saying it, ProCare nursing have over 20 years experience in the health and social care sector. We were established in 1997 and have gone from strength to strength working with local authorities and well known organisations in Cardiff and the South Wales area, our offices are situated in Canton, Cowbridge Road East at Radnor Court pictured above.

In order for us to service our clients effectively we have a great team of people in the office that make it all happen. In the office we have a health and social care training department, here we teach all of our training in-house ensuring that all training is quality controlled giving training that only equips carers to deliver first class care. We have a dedicated office that takes care of the support we provide to Mental Health units, this office is also responsible for distributing our qualified nurses to residential homes, the NHS and to Mental Health secure units. We also provide domiciliary care to local authorities, residential homes and private homes from a separate office. Here are photos of our domiciliary office who coordinate all care work being carried out by carers in Cardiff and the South Wales area.

We have all of the facilities to ensure that all of our clients receiving care packages from ProCare Nursing are met to the highest standards, and when we mean standards did you know that here at ProCare Nursing we are an award winning agency? In 2017 we put forward Sara Wells one of our senior Care Support Workers for the “Excellence in Dementia” care award at the Wales Care Awards, Sara won the award, here is Sara pictured furthest to the right along with her certificate.

However, everyone at ProCare Nursing has played their part in winning this award, from the office staff past and present, trainers and coordinators that make ProCare Nursing run efficiently providing high quality care to our clients no matter who they are.
