Residential Mental Health Care

ProCare Nursing have over 20 years experience providing care for residential Mental Health care environments. We have experienced Mental Health support workers and qualified Mental Health nurses dedicated in ensuring that people with Mental Health conditions receive first class care.

We work with service users who have all kinds of Mental Health conditions, from people with dementia and schizophrenia as examples. Our aim is to provide carers who are well trained who can handle delivering care in challenging environments.

We have award winning Mental Health carers. In 2017 one of our senior care support workers won an award at the Wales Care Awards 2017, Sara walked away with the “Excellence in Dementia Care Award”, here is Sara with her award pictured furthest right.

We ensure all of our residential Mental Health carers are fully trained to work in residential Mental Health units. We provide all kinds of training that help deliver first class care. Here are photos that show residential care workers receiving PMVA training.

Our Prevention Management Violence and Aggression course helps equip carers on a range of skills, from restraining techniques and how to diffuse volatile situations in residential Mental Health units. It is important for our carers to be able to protect themselves in conflict situations but also most importantly to protect the service users.

We have a range of residential Mental Health care packages, it does not matter the care requirement we can help, if you need carers to work in a Mental Health unit for 12 hours we can provide for that need, if you require care for twenty four hours seven days a week we can provide for that need, there is no requirement too big or too small for us.

We provide residential Mental Health care in communities up and down Wales and in Cardiff. Our office is pictured below and we are here to discuss any residential Mental Health care requirements you have, contact us we are happy to help.
