We are recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN) for Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust

November 15, 2019/in News /by Office Procare

We are recruiting registered nurses at our health and social care agency. We supply RGN Nurses to the Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust who have completed training to a diploma or degree level in one of the following subjects, these are:

1) Adult Care

2) Child Care

3) Mental Health Care

4) The study of learning difficulties

If you have a nursing background in any of the areas mentioned above, we want to hear from you. We offer competitive rates of pay and are committed to ensuring all our registered nurses are supported in the area of training.

We have a dedicated nurse manager

To ensure we look after the registered nurses we employ we have employed a full-time nurse manager. Sarah who is pictured below is passionate about supporting nurses in their personal development.

Sarah has 16 years’ experience working in the health and social care sector and has worked in Social Services for 15 years. Sarah is known for working with people who have Mental Health conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, to other conditions relating to Bi-Polar and Schizophrenia. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience that will only help registered nurses working for our agency.

Sarah will also be undertaking regular personal development reviews for all our registered nurses, this will help with their personal development and help them in the areas they need support, Sarah goes on to say:

“I am looking forward to supporting our Registered Nurses from re-validation with the NMC, to personal development and helping our nurses with any new training and support. I love the energy here at ProCare Nursing and their commitment in ensuring the highest standards of care are received by our service users.”

As you are likely to be aware registered nurse’s must re-validate with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) every three years which can be a long process, however, Sarah is here to support all our registered nurses through this process.

Our in-house health and social care training department

ProCare have been developing our own in-house training facility over the last few years, we strongly believe that all training must be delivered to the highest standard to all of our registered nurses; to ensure this we have become an accredited centre with both Highfields and Agored Cymru to deliver the following courses.
