We have a dedicated nurse manager
To ensure we look after the registered nurses we employ we have employed a full-time nurse manager. Sarah who is pictured below is passionate about supporting nurses in their personal development.
Sarah has 16 years’ experience working in the health and social care sector and has worked in Social Services for 15 years. Sarah is known for working with people who have Mental Health conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, to other conditions relating to Bi-Polar and Schizophrenia. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience that will only help registered nurses working for our agency.
Sarah will also be undertaking regular personal development reviews for all our registered nurses, this will help with their personal development and help them in the areas they need support, Sarah goes on to say:
“I am looking forward to supporting our Registered Nurses from re-validation with the NMC, to personal development and helping our nurses with any new training and support. I love the energy here at ProCare Nursing and their commitment in ensuring the highest standards of care are received by our service users.”
As you are likely to be aware registered nurse’s must re-validate with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) every three years which can be a long process, however, Sarah is here to support all our registered nurses through this process.
