Not only do we support you with a flexible working rota, but we also support our registered nurses with regular personal development reviews and training that help our nurses deliver quality care out in the care sector.
ProCare Nursing has a dedicated Nurse Manager and is here to ensure your employment with our agency is a smooth one. Our Nurse Manager will also help you re-validate with the NMC “The Nursing and Midwifery Council”.
We understand all of the requirements needed to re-validate with the NMC. We have our own dedicated training department that provides training to nurses in an array of health and social care topics. Having our own internal training department means we can train registered nurses for a number of hours, meeting the NMC required number of training hours needed to re-validate.
