We regularly recruit new carers and fully train them with our in-house training facilities. Because we have our own in-house training facilities this means we can train people quickly rather than outsourcing trainers from other companies, this also keeps the cost of training down and we pass on the price advantages to our customers.

We carry out thorough mandatory health and social care training inducting all new care workers, care support workers also have the option to go on and complete QCF qualifications in health and social care from level 2, 3 and 5, this enables carers to continually improve the care they provide delivering care to a high standard.

At ProCare Nursing we offer packages tailored to your requirements. We understand that in care there can be a number of complex requirements needed to deliver first class care to people who need it, if you need 1 to 2 hours care per week we can provide that, or, if you need a care package that requires carers to be at a clients house around the clock we can also provide for that requirement.

As we mentioned earlier we have worked in both private and public sectors, we provide carers for NHS wards to the private home of a family member, our carers are fully equipped to carry out quality care in any given environment.

We can also provide nurses to homes, residential addresses, NHS hospitals and private hospitals. We provide nurses as we understand that our clients may have complex requirements where injections may need to be administered among other more complex tasks that only a qualified nurse can carry out. We mention this as it shows our commitment in providing for all of our clients needs from basic personal care to care that requires a little more expertise.
