Beware companies who outsource training to Free-Lancers
We carry out training in-house for a very good reason, so that we can quality control the courses we deliver. A lot of training companies will outsource training to free-lancers outside of their works premises, the problem with this is you cannot oversee the training being carried out so how can you quality control the training that is being delivered? The simple answer is you cannot.
Free-Lance trainers want to tick all of the boxes and ship in and ship out people taking part on courses as quickly as possible and then get paid, the problem is are people receiving quality training.
