Our nursing positions offer flexible shifts and rotas
We have nurse positions available that can offer flexible rotas and shifts to fit around your personal circumstances. ProCare Nursing is a health and social care agency that has been recruiting nurses for the past 20 years, we are here to support all of our registered nurses. Our agency carries out regular personal development reviews and training ensuring all of our nurses are fully equipped to deliver high-quality care.
We have nursing shifts available from 8-hour shift nursing jobs to 9am to 5pm nursing jobs, with flexible rotas available. If you have children and need to build in time for childcare we can help, whatever your personal circumstance we are an agency that can accommodate nursing rotas to suit.
We have invested in a Nurse Manager, Sarah Evans. Sarah is responsible for ensuring that all of our registered nurses are fully supported especially with revalidation with “The Nursing and Midwifery Council”.
We understand how important it is for registered nurses to receive regular training, it is important for nurses to have time to complete training, that’s where Sarah comes in to ensure that all of our nurses have that time to carry out regular training.
We have our own internal training department
For a number of years, ProCare Nursing has been investing in our own health and social care training department. We carry out all training in-house to ensure the quality of the training carried out is taught to the highest standard. Quality controlling training is very important, this ensures that our registered nurses are trained thoroughly which translates to excellent care being delivered to service users.
We have award-winning carers
Because we have our own internal training department this means only quality health and social care is delivered to our carers, whether that be senior care support workers or registered nurses we ensure all are fully trained and equipped to carry out first-class care.
We have gained awards because our carers are all fully trained. Sara Wells pictured below furthest right received the “Excellence in Dementia Care Award” at the Wales Care Awards in 2017.
This award shows that we care about the personal development of all of our carers, from health care support workers to our registered nurses, we ensure you are fully supported so that you are equipped to deliver quality care in the field.
Here are a range of photos of health and safety training being carried out from our internal training department.
We have training officers who have years of experience delivering training to carers. We invest in experienced trainers as it ensures that only the best training is delivered to carers and our registered nurses. The better the training the better care is delivered out in the care sector.
