Happy New Year to all of our workers and clients
Happy New Year to all of you from all of us here at ProCare Nursing. We hope you have had a great Christmas and are getting back into the swing of things.
ProCare Nursing are looking forward to 2020, we had a strong finish to 2019 employing more health care workers enabling us to service more of the care units we deliver care to. We are continuing our recruitment drive and in 2020, we are looking to employ more experienced health care workers both for our domiciliary department and agency department.
We are also recruiting registered nurses for the Aneurin Bevan NHS and Cardiff and Vale Trust. If you are a registered nurse and are looking to relocate to the Cardiff or South Wales area we can help, we have contracts in place with the NHS and have flexible rotas available that can suit around your personal circumstance.
In 2020 we will continue to develop our in-house training department. For a number of years, we have invested in quality training officers and continually developed our training schedule, this allows us to offer training to the highest standards to our health care workers and registered nurses.
We have always said it, the service user is at the heart of everything we do here at ProCare Nursing, we regularly train our care workers and registered nurses ensuring the service users receive the highest standard of care, in their houses, private units or within the NHS.
Here are a range of photos of our training officers delivering health and social care training from our in-house training department.
Because we train our registered nurses and health care workers in-house mean we can quality control training. Training that is quality controlled means all of our carers receive quality training, this then translates out into the field of care and to the service user.
ProCare Nursing is an award-winning health and social care agency. Pictured below furthest right we have one of our senior care support workers Sara Wells with her award for “Excellence in Dementia Care”, Sara picked this award up at the Wales Care Awards in 2017.
This is clear evidence that shows our health and social care training strategy works. Personally reviewing our carers and carrying out regular training from our internal training department translates to excellent care being delivered in the field, the award Sara won clearly highlights this.
