The beast from the east doesn’t stop us from caring about our clients
We have emphasised the kind of clients we service and let you know about our setup here at ProCare Nursing over the last few weeks, next up we are going to show you a few testimonials from happy clients, first we start with a five star testimonial from George.
George said:
“Id like to give all you carers a big thank you for your superhuman efforts during the recent snow that made movement impossible. Your wonderful carers braved the snow and extreme cold and didn’t miss one visit. Thank you once again!”
This is how important we take care, even in terrible weather conditions we are here to ensure that the clients we take care of are looked after.
It is so important that vulnerable people receive the care that they need come hell or high water.
If we have another snow season like we did in 2018 it shouldn’t stop care companies from shutting down, we know how vital it is for our clients to continue to take their medication if needed and also to have in some cases food prepared for them, we have contingency plans that enables us to deliver care even when tough weather conditions hit us here in Cardiff.
During tough weather conditions in 2018 our office workers were in the office ensuring that the care needs of our clients were met.
If carers were not able to make it to clients houses or residential homes because of tough weather conditions then we would draft in carers to ensure all needs were met. One contingency we have is to recruit carers locally, this means that carers can operate more efficiently in a community they are familiar with getting from place to place quickly especially in tough weather conditions.
We have dedicated care workers who go above and beyond ensuring people from vulnerable adults and senior citizens get the care they deserve. we provide mandatory training for all of our carers, carers have the option to gain QCF qualifications from level 2 up to level 5 (if required, ring us for more information) in health and social care, this ensures all of our carers are fully equipped to carry out care work during challenging conditions and environments.
We have even gained excellent feedback from our care support workers, here is a testimonial from one of our residential care support workers.

As you can see we even receive testimonials from our residential care workers, we support our workers with quality training and do our best to accommodate their needs when it comes to the timing of shifts. We do not throw out care workers to the wolves we train them to ensure they are fully equipped to carry out the quality care needed for our clients.
