In order for us to deliver 5 star residential care we take time to invest and train our care support workers. The training and personal development of our carers does pay off. Sara Wells is one of our most senior care support workers.

We have our own training facilities teaching health and social care training
We invest in our own training facilities under our own roof. We train all of our care support workers in-house, this ensures they have all of the latest health care training that equips them to deliver 5 star residential care. Here are photos of recent courses being delivered.
