For the past 20 years ProCare Nursing have been providing residential care in Cardiff around the clock. We have care workers who provide 24 7 care plans to service users. We are an award winning health and social care agency with over 20 years experience in the care sector.
It does not matter what the service user needs are, we are here to ensure all requirements are provided for to the highest standards. Our care packages are affordable and offer care for a diverse range of requirements based around service user needs. Our workers have many years experience working in the health and social care sector, this gives us a huge advantage when caring for our service users.
We also care for people with Mental Health conditions, physical disabilities and learning difficulties. All of our care support workers are fully trained and also receive new training ensuring our high standards of care are delivered 24 7. Not only have we been delivering excellence in care for over 20 years, we have also received award’s for the care that we carry out. We put Sara Wells one of our senior care support workers forward for an award at the Wales Care Awards. Sara won the award for “Excellence in Dementia Care” in 2017.
