ProCare Training Cymru to hold open course on the Prevention and Management of violence and aggression in the workplace
On the 25th and 26th of February 2020 ProCare Training Cymru are running an open course on Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression.
This course is ideal for companies who employ people who are in direct contact with potentially aggressive people, and environments where people can become violent.
Our PMVA course enables participants to understand, monitor and manage verbal and physical aggression in the workplace. The course consists of a half day theory session, the remainder of the time will be spent on learning practical breakaway and restraint techniques.
This course is taking place in February for the reduced price of £84 per person. Our PMVA course will equip workers on how to handle volatile situations in the workplace. Here are a range of photos of training officers delivering our PMVA course.

Our PMVA course is accredited with the GSA, all course participants receive a certificate on completion of the course. ProCare Training Cymru are part of an award-winning organisation based in Cardiff. All our expert facilitators have recognised and accredited training qualifications and experience within the healthcare sector.
As part of our quality control all our facilitators update their CPD annually or when needed to ensure they are up-to-date and fully compliant with current regulations.

John brings with him a wealth of experience in Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression training. John has over 20 years’ experience in the training field. He has a wealth of qualifications ranging from a Degree in Psychology, a Btec Level 4 in Muscular and Skeletal Disorder to being a fully qualified First Aid trainer.
